Place is very beautiful. Cottages were neat and view is good. However, service is very poor. Had to wait for an hour to get towels and tissues. Only after calling thrice did they give the required items. Wifi and TV did not work. They claimed the servers were down. Food was only okay. Chilly chicken was watery, Noodles were too salty. I just liked the breakfast spread.

Hefty price for a poorly maintained place. The rooms are dirty and curtains were missing from few bedroom windows providing clear view of the bedroom from outside. Rude behavior from most of the staff. Especially the Unit Manager John does not respect Non-Malayalis. Best place to get disrespected and have a horrible experience

First I want say about the location and privacy, which is wonderful and we enjoyed a lot. For this I rate 5. The most disappointed is about room which I not maintained well, we took 1bhk room for 2 family and the rate also was cheap and best. But room condition was so pathetic and we informed the management we didn't get any response. There were no bath towel when we checked which we got on next after several reminder. Food was good overall for us. We were totally upset only for the room condition. So management pls look into the matter and do the needful for your future and we wish you good luck.

Nice experience. It is a big area of 400 acres of tea plantations. Beautiful quarters to stay. A nice restaurant. Good for families to spend few days in the cold weather and fresh air from the busy modern urban life.

Great location ,nice apartments, superb climate! Staff are really nice and polite especially Mr.John and the person at reception. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding especially bbq!!Highly recommended for family and group!

Looks some greedy people.running this..offered breakfast complimentary but charged..price is on higher side ,quality is poor..not recommended especially for.families..got accomadation in a remote cottage which is not safe..no way to even connect with receiption..

Nice location. Cottages are spacious and spread across tea plantation. Has a big water body in the center. Overall wonderful place. But service need to be improved a lot. Food is tasty but limited choice.
